Yanagi designed these just after the opening of the Subway in 1973.
Taking silver as the base we find some red, yellow and blue accents, bringing some cheerfulness to the underground. Still fresh !

Close to Yokohama, Nogeyama Zoo had its maps and signs designed by Yanagi. Mostly lost by now. Close-by you can find one of his pedestrian bridges.
