A group of reconstructed buildings representing downtown Tokyo at the end of the Edo era (early 1800s) is the awesome allure of the unique Fukagawa Edo Museum -built where the Koto Ward office used to be. A sumo-related collection completes a number of local history exhibits. Certainly worth the 400 yen admission fee. Friendly guides, including English speakers.
